How do I choose the right size?
You’ll need to measure your wrist manually — our website doesn’t measure it for you, but we provide a simple guide to help you get an accurate size.
Once you enter your wrist measurement in the designer, the simulator will adjust the bracelet fit in real time, allowing you to preview snug, standard, or loose styles.
Can I customize bead colors and sizes?
Yes — you can freely choose from a variety of bead colors and sizes to create a design that’s uniquely yours.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the preview?
Your bracelet will closely reflect the layout and style shown in your design. As each natural stone is unique, slight variations in pattern and tone may occur.
Before shipping, we’ll send you a confirmation photo by email so you can review and request adjustments if needed.
Can I request changes to my design?
Yes. After your bracelet is crafted, we’ll send you a confirmation photo. You can request reasonable adjustments within 48 hours before shipping.
